About Us

Linda Vidov-Elkaim specializes in commercial sales and leasing throughout the San Gabriel Valley with a focus on industrial and commercial properties.

Linda previously worked in the finance area of Real Estate with Wells Fargo specializing in mortgages, refinances, home equity loans as well as other consumer & business products. She also has over 6 years of project management experience with companies such as Merck & over 4 years with Kaiser Permanente. Linda has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business with a major in Strategic Management & minor in Marketing from California State University Sacramento.

Linda has worked in conjunction with clients & local municipalities to assist in opening new businesses throughout the community for over ten years. She has worked with many companies to locate properties for their business for expansion, relocation &/or going from leasing to owning property. She has assisted property owners with acquiring additional investment properties & consulted on various development opportunities. Linda is also experienced in negotiating leases for tenants and has extensive knowledge on current market pricing, availability & conditions.

Linda has represented companies such as Barker Pacific, Westport Construction, Teles Properties, Farmers Insurance, First Rate Staffing Company, Forearm Forklift, Horizon Solar, 7-11, Inc., CA Fast Food Services, The UPS Store, Cross Fit, First Investors Corp., Arroyo Pacific Academy, Citrus College, The Outlet by ELS, The Jewish Federation, U-Haul, Gymboree, Sleep Disorder Centers, Inc., Fortune Fencing, Artistic Covering, KMB Foods, Inc., Lincoln Training Center, Valley Light Industries, Hadley Tow, SVI International, Inc., The Derby in Arcadia, Meineke Auto Center, People’s Care, King Taco, Azusa Safety, Fessel International, Wine of the Month Club, Singpoli, Southern California Children’s Museum and many more.

Linda is on the Development Committee for Foothill Unity Center in Monrovia and a member of their Circle of Friends.  Linda is currently on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Children’s Museum. She has volunteered for the Pasadena Jaycees and Pasadena District Attorney’s Office.  She volunteered for over 8 years for the Children’s Guild for Five Acres Children’s Organization in Altadena.  Linda has also served on the Arcadia Association of Realtors Local Governmental Relation Committee as Chair and Co-Chair for 3 years.  She lives in Glendora with her husband and two daughters.  California Broker License# 1715788
